Apartments Lelystad, the Netherlands

The three residential blocks consist of full-fledged and independent flats of about 22 to 36 square metres with one or two rooms. The residences are fully furnished with high-quality floor and wall finishes and window coverings.

The residences in the Campus area have been given a permit for 15 years. The municipality of Lelystad has set the condition that at the end of the permit period, the location must be left in its original state. Daiwa House Modular Europe also takes care of the infrastructure and even of movable greenery. Modular construction is circular. Therefore the apartments can easily be dismantled and used elsewhere with minimal modifications. An interesting option when locations are temporary, without compromising on quality.
