Social impact of modular buildings
Safety and well-being are part of our core values. For our people, our partners and the residents of the homes we deliver. The social impact of modular buildings goes beyond construction. Through industrialised modular housing, we contribute to solving the housing shortage, improving working conditions and strengthening communities. Our ESG social approach focuses on people: employees, residents, partners and local communities.

Safety as a core social responsibility
Construction carries risks. That is why safety is a structural priority across our production facilities, project sites and offices. We strengthen our safety culture through awareness, commitment and continuous monitoring of performance. Our Safety Culture Ladder certification (Level 3) reflects this structured approach, with the ambition to reach Level 5 by 2030. By embedding safety into our ESG social strategy, we create a working environment where people can operate responsibly and with confidence.
Social impact through modular construction
The social impact of modular buildings lies in their ability to deliver permanent-quality housing faster and more efficiently. Through our modular construction approach, we improve safety, quality and predictability while reducing on-site disruption. Our modular homes contribute to addressing housing shortages, supporting affordability and creating healthier living environments through energy-efficient solutions. This creates measurable social impact, during delivery and throughout the building’s lifecycle.
Creating social value for communities
Creating social value is embedded in our ESG social approach. We work with housing associations, local authorities and partners to deliver modular homes that strengthen communities and improve access to affordable housing. Through high safety standards, responsible business practices and energy-efficient housing solutions, we help partners meet social value objectives while safeguarding long-term performance.
